Three Types of Emotion

The goal of this phase is to give participants a chance to emotionally connect to the session through a short guided Compassionate Landing and to go through any experiences (good and not so good) they might have had during the past week of practice or personal reflection. This is also an opportunity to introduce the concept of Fears, Blocks and Resistances that might have come up during their personal practice and that will be addressed in all subsequent modules of the training.
