Safety and Safeness & Receiving Compassion from Others

As in previous modules, the Compassionate Landing always provides the opportunity to transition from daily life to a space of practice, compassionate inquiry, and reflection. It is an opportunity to remind participants that the work with the flows of compassion, which will be addressed in this very module. This routine at the beginning of every session is very important and develops a therapeutic effect with time. To bridge with the previous module, whose main theme was mindfulness, we weave into the landing meditation elements of mindfulness and soothing rhythm breathing.
