The Compassionate Self

Last module was in part dedicated to delving into the concept of the three flows of compassion – this landing can be a good time to remind participants that they are already cultivating the three flows of compassion during these very sessions, as they begin to welcome the difficulties of others, are exposed to their supportive presence and learn to offer themselves that same kind of support. To bridge with the previous module, whose main theme was safety, safeness and receiving compassion, you can use elements of the safe place practice as well as the compassionate image practice to help participants land.
